
Never heard of this acronym? Well, that’s probably because we invented it!
DEIS represents the four pillars of our HR policy — Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Skills.
And what makes our policy special is that it wasn’t planted artificially. On the contrary — it is in our roots. Just take a look at our geography: we opened hubs in Frankfurt, Nicosia and Kiev to make it more comfortable for the talents to work from their homelands and to have access to different lifestyles and cultures. Only the first 10 employees represent 6 countries. These human beings share different global values, come from different cultural, religious, social and economic backgrounds, have different life experiences, gender identities and approaches to marital statuses.
We quickly learned not only how much fun it was to celebrate our differences but also how inspiring it is to work in a vibrant, ever-changing environment where everyone shares and opens up new levels and new worlds to the team. And inspiration is key for an art production studio.
Needless to say that as we were expanding and looking for skilled professionals from all over the globe we craved for more diversity while maintaining the same cordial, equal and inclusive atmosphere that was already there from the very beginning. And we succeeded it that!
